Accelerated Arms Velo Program

The A.A.V.P. focuses on all things related to arm care and velocity: proper arm warmup, arm strength, mechanics, mobility, movements, progression, process, and recovery. The A.A.V.P. program will treat individuals as just that and adjust their programming as necessary to maximize the players’ growth over the 10-week program. After an initial on-ramping period, growth within the A.A.V.P. will be measured and reported weekly.

The A.A.V.P. staff has years of training experience that will help your athlete reach their off-season growth goals. The A.A.V.P. was designed by Wes Anderson. Coach Anderson is Driveline Foundations of Pitching, Driveline Pitch Design, Rapsodo Pitching, and certified by Florida Baseball Ranch. He also is the pitching coach for the Joliet Slammers of the Frontier League and has coached high school baseball for more than 20 seasons.
