Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Accelerated Arms Velo Program
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless program is canceled by provider. (Registration insurance is available through a third-party provider.)
Baseball Camps/Clinics
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless program is canceled by provider. (Registration insurance is available through a third-party provider.)
Blast Motion Membership
No refunds will be given for Blast Motion player accounts, coach accounts, or Swing Analyzer purchases. By completing registration for this program, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Hawks Travel Baseball
Parents/responsible parties are required to meet all financial obligations to the organization, including yearly dues, uniform fees, and other necessary costs. Agreeing to a spot on an Illinois Hawks Baseball or Softball team obligates you to the full posted or otherwise expressly agreed upon cost for the season. All fees are non-refundable. Payment plans are for your convenience, and are installments on the full amount due. Any player non-compliant with this rule will be suspended from practice and play until their account is brought up to date. Payments or balances that are more than 30 days late without express approval from the Board of Directors will be subject to a finance charge until brought current. In the event that You have any outstanding amounts due to Illinois Hawks and Illinois Hawks pursues legal means of collection, You shall be responsible for any and all attorney fees, court costs, and other costs of collection, including any post-judgment attorney fees or litigation costs, that Illinois Hawks incurs in order to collect sums due by You. Families that choose to separate from the program or are dismissed from their team due to violations are still obligated to their full, agreed upon dues, and there are no refunds of previously paid fees.
